uint16_t outbind_t::board

which catalogue every pins set indexes

pins

uint32_t outbind_t::pins[OUTBIND_PROTOS]

One pin set per protocol, a bit per catalogue index of that board.

pins[0] is OFF and is always empty – OFF is how a protocol says it holds nothing, so a bit there would be a pin bound to no driver.
